[origin: EP2402970A1] The chamber (1) has a fixed permanent contact (2) coaxially arranged for peripheral supporting with a movable arc contact (5) connected to an operating rod in a closed position to an intermediate opening position. A mechanical stop locks the movable arc contact integrated to a blowing piston (60) in a locking position corresponding or close to the intermediate opening position for peripheral supporting with the permanent contact. The locking position is constituted of a separation position of the arc contact next to a blowing channel (700).
