Abstract (en)
The device (39) has a magnetic circuit formed by a shell (10), a fixed core and a moving core. An intercalary adjustment unit adjusts a transfer surface of an axial magnetic flux positioned between the cores and a radial surface (11) of the shell. The adjustment unit comprises calibrated elements adjoined surface against surface and formed by an alternation of magnetic sectors and non-magnetic sectors. One of the elements moves relative to other element to enable variation of the transfer surface, and is integrated in the radial surface at an opening with a serrated periphery formed by teeth. An independent claim is also included for an electric switch apparatus comprising an electromagnetic trip device.

Déclencheur électromagnétique (39) comprenant d'une culasse (10) et un noyau mobile (30) coulissant sous l'action d'une bobine (25), la culasse (10) comportant une face radiale (11) ayant une ouverture (19) traversée par le noyau mobile (30), la superposition de une couronne radiale (33) du noyau mobile (30) et la face radiale (11) formant une surface de transfert de flux magnétique permettant la circulation d'un flux magnétique axial (5). Le déclencheur comporte des moyens intercalaires de réglage (40) de ladite surface de transfert positionnés respectivement entre le noyaux mobile (30) et l'ouverture (19), lesdits moyens intercalaires de réglage (40) comportant deux éléments calibrés (41) accolés face contre face et étant constitués respectivement d'une alternance de secteurs magnétiques (43A) et non magnétiques (43B) ; un déplacement d'un élément calibré par rapport à l'autre permettant d'obtenir la variation de ladite surface de transfert.
