Abstract (en)
The method involves detecting an event causing risk of disconnection of an optical fiber including a similarity searching between a signature of a current event, obtained from measured variation of a characteristic parameter and a characteristic signature of the event resulting in the risk of disconnection obtained from a predetermined variation of the characteristic parameter during a time interval when the event causes the risk of disconnection. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for routing an optical signal in an optical transmission network (2) an optical transmission network comprising a system for detecting a risk of disconnection of an optical fiber.

L'invention concerne un procédé de détermination d'un risque de coupure d'une fibre optique comprenant la mesure (101) de la variation d'au moins un paramètre (”Par i ) caractéristique d'un signal optique (S opt ) traversant la fibre optique pendant une durée déterminée et la détermination (103) du risque de coupure de la fibre optique en fonction de la détection (103 7 ) d'au moins un évènement (E k ) entraînant le risque de coupure au moyen de la variation mesurée du paramètre caractéristique. L'invention concerne également un système de détermination (200) mettant en oeuvre un tel procédé, ainsi qu'un réseau de transmission optique (300) utilisant un tel système pour réacheminer, le cas échéant, le trafic de données sur une autre fibre optique.
