[origin: WO2010101852A1] One or more blanks (10, 110) for forming a carton for receiving and retaining a group of articles (C) disposed in rows, include at least two main panels (14, 18) each having clipping feature (40, 140) for receiving and retaining an upper portion of a respective article, and one or more keel panels (16a, 16b; 116b) hinged to the each main panel for forming a keel structure disposable between a pair of adjacent rows of articles. The one or more blank further include retention panels (12, 20, 28a, 28b; 120, 128b, 128b) for forming a side and end retention structure foldable against the sides and ends of an article group for retaining articles in a group once the carton is formed. The retention panels include a pair of end flaps (28a, 28b; 128b, 128b) hinged to the at least tow main panels. Each end flap is separate from the keel panels and is separate from the other end flap of the pair.
