[origin: WO2010100117A1] The invention relates to a module conveying device (1) comprising a main conveying means (H) for conveying products (P) in a main conveying direction (F) between an input location (EH) and an output location (AH) of the main conveying means (H), wherein the output location (AH) of the main conveying means (H) can be swiveled between two vertically arranged first transfer positions (U10, U11), wherein the conveying device comprises a transverse conveying means (Q1) for accepting the conveyed products (P) that likewise comprises an input location (EQ1) and an output location (AQ1), wherein the input location (EQ1) of the transverse conveying means (Q1) is positioned in one of the two first transfer positions (U11) and the output location (AQ1) of the transverse conveying means is positioned in a second transfer position (U21), wherein the output location (AH) of the main conveying means (H) can be swiveled between at least one additional first transfer position (U12, U13,...) and the said two first transfer positions (U10, U11), wherein each additional first transfer position (U12, U13,...) is positioned in the event of one input location (EQ1, EQ2,...) of an additional transverse conveying means (Q2, Q3,...), wherein the additional output locations (AQ2, AQ3,...) of the additional transverse conveying means (Q2, Q3...) are positioned in additional transfer positions (U22, U23,...) arranged vertically to the said second transfer position (U21) and wherein the conveying device comprises a collecting conveying means (S) having an input location (ES) and an output location (AS), wherein the collecting conveying means can be positioned selectively between the said transfer positions (U21, U22,...) of the transverse conveying means (Q1, Q2,...) in order to accept products (P) temporarily stored on a transverse conveying means.
