The harness (2) has additional straps e.g. leg straps (5, 5'), arm belts, backrest straps and ropes, connected with a hip belt (3). A supporting region lies between two end sections and comprises two belt straps emanating and/or diverging from the end sections. Buckles or brackets are arranged at the belt straps, where the belt straps are held in a distance at the backrest straps by a connecting element that is formed in x-shape. A cushion is arranged behind the belt straps in the supporting region.

Ein Anseilgurt zum Anlegen an einer zu sichernden Person besteht aus zwei Endabschnitten und einen dazwischen liegenden Abstützbereich der aus zumindest zwei Gurtbändern gebildet wird, welche aus den Endabschnitten abzweigen.
