The device (100) has a punching cylinder (1) rotated around a rotational axis, and a counter punching cylinder (2) rotated parallel to the rotational axis, where distance between the punching cylinder and the counter punching cylinder is adjusted. A bearer ring (4) is connected with the counter punching cylinder. A cylinder body of the counter punching cylinder is connected with a counter punching cylinder shaft at two ends via guide bars. The cylinder body is designed as a hollow cylinder, and a laminated disk spring is provided in an area of the guide bars.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Stanzen (100), insbesondere von Etiketten, mit einem um eine Drehachse drehbaren Stanzzylinder (1) und mit einem um eine zur Drehachse des Stanzzylinders (1) im Wesentlichen parallele Drehachse drehbaren Gegenstanzzylinder (2) mit einem Zylinderkörper (11), wobei beiden Zylindern (1, 2) aufeinander abwälzende Schmitzringe (3, 4) zugeordnet sind, und wobei der Abstand zwischen dem Stanzzylinder (1) und dem Gegenstanzzylinder (2) einstellbar ist. Ein jeweiliger dem Gegenstanzzylinder (2) zugeordneter Schmitzring (4) ist mit einer Gegenstanzzylinderwelle (16) verbunden und, der Zylinderkörper (11) des Gegenstanzzylinders (2) ist an seinen beiden Enden mittels je einer Kulissenführung (5, 10) mit der Gegenstanzzylinderwelle (16) verbunden.
