[origin: CN102312610A] The invention provides a sliding bolt lock with improved reliability. The sliding bolt lock has a lock housing, in which a locking mechanism is accommodated. By means of the locking mechanism, a sliding bolt is movable between a closed position and an open position along the axis thereof, and is extended beyond the lock housing at the closed position and retracted in the lock housing at the open position. A closed lock cylinder is arranged in the lock housing and has an actuator which is capable of rotating around the axis of the closed lock cylinder. The actuator acts on a locking element which is movably guided in the sliding bolt. The locking element is also guided in a guide rail which has a locking groove. With the help of a biasing spring, the locking element is jointed with the locking groove at the closed position of the sliding bolt and can be guided out of the locking groove through the rotation of the actuator. The locking element reaches a position to lean on a track section which defines the locking groove, so that the sliding bolt is kept at the closed position. The track section comprises at least one pre-locking bench. The locking element can be jointed with the pre-locking bench before reaching the closed position of the sliding lock.
