[origin: EP2290296A1] The device (20) has a housing (21) comprising a base part (22). A blowing-out opening (42) and suction openings (40, 41) are commonly arranged in a base wall (37) of the base part, where the base wall runs parallel to an intermediate ceiling or wall related to an installed condition of the device. The housing comprises an opening (25) for supplying outer air. A dosing body is provided for dosing an amount of air that is guided into the housing via the opening. The dosing body is adjustable by using hands and/or via a motor driven adjusting unit.
