[origin: WO2010102674A1] The present disclosure pertains to a Dispenser (1) for dispensing tissue paper (5), in particular kitchen paper, kitchen towels, facial tissues, toilet paper and/or napkins, the dispenser comprising an inner core (3) for receiving the tissue paper to be dispensed, the inner core having a dispensing opening (30) for dispensing the tissue paper, an outer shell (2) arranged to receive the inner core (3), the outer shell (2) having a dispensing opening (20) which is aligned with the dispensing opening (30) of the inner core when received in the outer shell, wherein the outer shell has at least one long side (24, 28) and at least one short side (22), the outer shell having at least one open side situated perpendicular to the wall carrying the dispensing opening (20) of the outer shell and being situated in the long side, wherein the inner core is insertable into the outer shell in a direction (X) perpendicular to the long side.
