[origin: WO2010103070A2] The present invention is directed to an isolated peptide comprising or consisting of an amino acid sequence with an amino acid identity of at least 90% compared to mature human BMP2 with SEQ ID No. 1, characterized in that said amino acid sequence comprises at least two amino acid substitutions characterized in that a first amino acid substitution occurs at a position corresponding to N59, S88, E94, V99, K101 and/or N102 of SEQ ID No. 1 and to uses thereof.
