Abstract (en)

The stick (3) has a handle (2), and a gripping surface arranged in a manner such that a user (1) grips the stick at different positions of height. A removable handle support (8a) is projected from a gripping portion of the handle. The support comprises a stopping unit for stopping longitudinal movement of a hand along the stick. A height adjustment unit enables positioning of the support at different longitudinal positions of the gripping portion of the handle. The gripping portion of the handle is made of elastic material.

L'invention concerne un bâton d'appui destiné à la marche ou la course à pied, comportant un manche (2), caractérise en ce qu'il comporte un support de poignée amovible (8a, 8b) faisant sailli du manche (2) pour former un appui sous une partie de préhension dudit manche destinée à être saisi par l'utilisateur, ledit bâton d'appui présentant des moyens de réglage en hauteur pour positionner le support de poignée amovible (8a, 8b) à différentes positions longitudinales du manche (2).
