The shoe (1) has an external bottom assembly (2) extending in length from a rear end (3) until a front end (4) and in width between a lateral edge (5) and a medial edge (6). The assembly comprises a contact face (20) in contact with a ground. The contact face includes a line (21) with an alternate projection (31) and an outage (41). The contact face includes another line (22) with an alternate projection (51) and an outage (61). La face de contact (20) présente une deuxième ligne (22), la deuxième ligne (22) présentant une alternance de bosses (51 à 57) et de creux (61 à 66).
