Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2407616A2] The cylinder has a rotor (2) rotated in a hole of a stator (1) and comprising a key channel (3) to receive a flat key (5). Stator and rotor pins are arranged toward the channel by a spring (6). An active key stop (4) in the channel occupies locking and release positions in which the stop prevents and authorizes rotation of the rotor. The stop is pushed into the stator by second and third springs (16, 17) in a locking position for preventing rotation of rotor during absence of key. The stop is pushed into the rotor in a release position to authorize the rotation of rotor in the presence of key.
