[origin: EP2409596A2] The housing (1) has two housing parts (2, 3) rotated against each other, where one of the parts is provided with an opening (4). A closure mechanism has two flaps (5, 6) for closing the opening, and a tubular element (8) rotates relative to one of the parts during rotational movement of the parts in relation to each other. Each flap and the tubular element have moving units for moving the flaps during rotation of the element, so that the flaps close or open the opening. The moving unit of the element cooperates with the flaps, and is arranged on two different circular paths at the element.
