Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2410097A2] The joint has high strength reinforcing steel bars (5, 8) obtusely pushed together without direct contact. The distance between the reinforcing steel bars of a lower precast concrete column (1) and an upper precast concrete column (7) amounts to one by eighth of a single rod diameter plus a tolerance compensation. A lower edge of the upper precast concrete column is formed against a horizontal bent. The upper precast concrete column is fitted with a baseplate on an end of the one of the reinforcing steel bars.
