Abstract (en)
The cable (10) has a marking field (38) equipped in a cable cover (12) and comprising a base (26) that is arranged at distance around an inner radius from a middle axle (22) of the cable. The inner radius is shorter than outer radius around penetration depth. Cover elements (32) are provided on the base. Individual marks (34) are defined by the penetration depth and arranged in a series along cable length direction, where height of the cover elements corresponds to the penetration depth. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for manufacturing a cable provided with a marking (2) a device for performing a method for manufacturing a cable provided with a marking.

Kabel (10) mit einer Markierung insbesondere für sehbehinderte Personen sowie wenigstens einem elektrischen und/oder optischen Leiter (14), welcher in Kabellängsrichtung verläuft und von einem aussen liegenden Kabelmantel (12) umschlossen ist, dessen Aussenfläche (30) durch einen Aussenradius (18) von der Mittelachse (22) des Kabels (10) beabstandet ist. Erfindungsgemäss ist in den Kabelmantel (16) wenigstens ein Markierungsfeld (38) eingearbeitet, das eine Basis (26) aufweist, welche um einen Innenradius (20) von der Mittelachse (22) des Kabels (10) beabstandet ist, wobei der Innenradius ist um eine Eindringtiefe (28) kürzer ist als der Aussenradius (18). Auf der Basis (26) sind Mantelelemente (32) vorgesehen, deren Höhe vorzugsweise der Eindringtiefe (28) entspricht und mittels denen einzelne Zeichen (34) eines Zeichensatzes definiert sind, die in wenigstens einer Reihe entlang der Kabellängsrichtung angeordnet und für die taktile Abtastung geeignet sind.
