[origin: WO2010046662A1] A paper towel dispenser (1) is provided in which a towel (T) to be dispensed is supported by a support roller (37). The paper towel dispenser (1) further comprises a cover (17) to which a biasing member (87) is coupled. The biasing member (87) is displaced to a first position for biasing the towel (T) against the support roller when the cover (17) is closed; and/or the biasing member is displaced to a second position for facilitating the loading of the towel (T) when the cover (17) is open.
