[origin: EP2412274A2] The applicator (1) has an applicator device installed at a grasp piece (2). The applicator device includes a middle applicator element (5a) and outer applicator elements (5b, 5c) movable relative to each other. The applicator elements form a compartment, and are displaceable from a compartment position to another compartment position, which is diversified narrower or wider relative to the former compartment position and vice versa. The displacement takes place in both directions by form-fit co-operation of an operating part (3) and a sliding element (4) in restraint-guided manner.
