Abstract (en)
The mount has a plaster layer made of self-leveling plaster and filled and cured into a base bed (10) up to maximum height of lateral upturn beams (20). A base layer of the base bed is made of sound damping material. The sound damping material is adapted to a substrate made of a rubber layer or a rubber-like layer. Distance of the lateral upturn beams is fixed at opposite closure upturn beams by a clip connection. Grooves (40) are formed at the upturn beams for accommodating the clip connection. The upturn beams are formed as notches (25) in the base layer. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a wall comprising a wall layer (2) a method for forming a sound insulating bearing for a wall (3) a method for forming a wall made of surface grinding components.
Abstract (de)
Um eine Mauer, insbesondere mit plangeschliffenen Bausteinen und einem Klebespalt in der horizontalen Fuge kleiner gleich 1 mm, schalldämmend erstellen zu können, wird vorgeschlagen, zunächst ein Lagerbett mit einer Basisschicht (10) und seitlichen Aufkantungen (20) sowie Aufkantungen an den Enden des Lagerbettes (30) zu erstellen und mit einer Mörtelschicht aus einem selbstnivellierenden Mörtel in das Lagerbett bis maximal der Höhe der Aufkantungen einzufüllen und aushärten zu lassen. Dabei besteht die Basisschicht des Lagerbettes aus einem Höhen ausgleichenden, Schall dämmenden Material, vorzugsweise aus einer Gummischicht oder einer gummiähnlichen Schicht.
