Abstract (en)

The connector (4) has a rod (40) made of a non-oxidizable and weakly conductive material, and comprising constant diameter and a thread (41) over its entire length, where the nominal diameter and the thread of the rod are defined for allowing screwing of the rod directly to interior of an insulating plate (3). The thread comprises nets whose depth is of 1.5 mm, where the pitch of the thread of the rod is in the order of 10 mm. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a construction element for manufacturing an integrated insulation wall comprising an insulation plate (2) a method for manufacturing a construction element (3) a method for manufacturing an integrated insulation wall.

L'invention concerne un connecteur (4) de raccordement d'une plaque isolante (3) et d'au moins une paroi (20 ; 20') réalisée en un matériau hydraulique que comporte un mur (2) à isolation intégrée, ce connecteur (4) étant constitué par une tige (40), réalisée en un matériau non oxydable et faiblement conductible, présentant un diamètre constant ainsi qu'un filetage (41) sur toute sa longueur. Ce connecteur (4) est caractérisé par en ce que le diamètre nominal et le filetage de la tige (40) sont définis pour permettre un vissage de cette tige (40) directement à l'intérieur de la plaque isolante (3). L'invention concerne, encore, un élément de construction (1) pour la réalisation d'un mur (2) à isolation intégrée et comportant une plaque isolante (3) et au moins un tel connecteur (4) vissé directement au moins à l'intérieur de la plaque isolante (3). L'invention concerne, encore, un mur (2) à isolation intégrée et incorporant d'un tel élément de construction (1).
