Abstract (en)
Use of a microencapsulated food substrate for breeding of predatory arachnids, is claimed. Independent claims are also included for: (1) a composition for breeding of predatory arachnids, comprises the above microencapsulated food substrate and at least one auxiliary; (2) breeding predatory arachnids, comprising providing the microencapsulated food substrate in a breeding preparation, placing the breeding preparation with individuals or eggs of the predatory arachnids, and growing the predatory arachnids under appropriate culture conditions; and (3) a preparation for biological pest control, comprising the microencapsulated food substrate and predatory arachnids, preferably predatory mites. Zur Zucht von räuberischen Spinnentieren wird ein mikroverkapseltes Nahrungssubstrat verwendet. Das mikroverkapselte Nahrungssubstrat umfasst Mikrokapseln mit einer festen Hülle, die im Wesentlichen aus natürlichen Polymeren aufgebaut ist. Die feste Hülle umfasst eine Diffusionssperrschicht. Weiterhin wird ein neues Verfahren zur Herstellung von Mikrokapseln beschrieben.
