Abstract (en)
The device has movable removing elements provided in contact with a concrete surface (1) for removing excess concrete, where the removing elements have impact nails (13) movably arranged in a centrally rotatable impact head (7). The impact nails engage a radial external position based on centrifugal force during rotation of the impact head and a radial inner erosion position against the centrifugal force during impact of the concrete surface. The impact nails remove the concrete from the concrete surface during contact of the impact nails with the concrete surface in the erosion position.

Eine Vorrichtung zum Bearbeiten von Betonoberflächen 1 weist als Abtragelement eine Mehrzahl von an einem zentralen Schlagkopf 7 angeordnete Schlagnägel 13 auf. Die Schlagnägel 13 nehmen beim Drehen des Schlagkopfes 7 aufgrund der Zentrifugalkraft eine radial äußere Position ein und gehen beim Auftreffen auf die Betonoberfläche 1 entgegen der Zentrifugalkraft in eine radial innere Ausweichposition über und tragen bei diesem Kontakt mit der Betonoberfläche 1 den Beton ab.
