[origin: EP2418308A1] The method involves making microtexturing operation using a microtexturing machine (3) on a yarn (2) downstream of a rack (1). The yarn obtained at the outlet of the machine is deposited on an intermediate device (4) for accumulation and transport in bulk or in loops in a free state. The yarn obtained to a downstream heat treatment unit is carried. Crimping operation of the yarns in a crimping machine or crimping box is carried out on the yarn or yarns at the outlet of the machine and before yarn deposition on the intermediate device for accumulation and transport in a free state. An independent claim is also included for a device for carrying out a texturing process, comprising a microtexturing machine.
