Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2418314A1] The washing machine (1) has a water container (3) arranged in a housing (2). A drum is rotatably supported in the container. Feed openings (6) are arranged at a front side of the housing and closeable with a door (5). A bellows seal (7) i.e. door sealing ring, extends between the housing and the water container. Adaptation openings (9) are provided in an area of the bellows seal and with closures that are detachably formed according to model variants of the machine during assembly process for activating the adaptation openings, which are provided for the model variants.
