Abstract (en)
The method involves storing a raw signal corresponding to the laser telemeter measurement of the level variation on a line of points traversing a wafer (300) of a stack (30) of elements (31). The raw signal is analysed to estimate parameters relative to the structure of the stack. The stored raw signal is processed by statistical processing based on the estimated parameters. The processed signal is analysed to determine the number of stacked elements, where the parameters are average thickness of the elements of the stack, and dispersion factor of the thickness of the elements of the stack. An independent claim is also included for a device for counting stacked elements.

La présente méthode propose selon un premier aspect une méthode de comptage d'éléments empilés formant sur une tranche de la pile au moins une ligne de variation de niveau. La méthode comprend la mesure par télémétrie de d'une variation de niveau sur une ligne de points traversant toute la tranche de la pile et l'enregistrement d'un signal brut correspondant. La méthode comprend par la suite l'analyse du signal brut pour estimer un ou plusieurs paramètres relatifs à la structure de la pile suivi par le traitement du signal brut par un ou plusieurs traitements statistiques sur la base des paramètres estimés et l'analyse du signal traité afin de déterminer le nombre d'éléments empilés.
