[origin: WO2010118847A1] The invention relates to a charge air duct for an internal combustion engine comprising a housing (1) with at least one entrance (3) and at least one exit (2a) for charge air, wherein a first heat exchanger (6, 8) is arranged inside the housing (1) to cool the charge air, wherein a bypass (13) is arranged on the housing (1) to at least partially circumvent the heat exchanger (6, 8), wherein an actuator (4) is arranged on the housing (1) to influence the charge air flow, wherein the charge air is guided from the entrance (3) to the first heat exchanger (6, 8) in a first position of the actuator (4), and wherein the charge air is guided from the entrance (3) to the bypass (13) in a second position of the actuator (4), wherein the bypass (13) leads upstream of a second heat exchanger (8) of the charge air duct.
