Abstract (en)
[origin: WO2010118843A1] The invention relates to a system for coupling a tripping unit (1) to at least one circuit breaker, wherein the circuit breaker comprises a tripping lever (2, 2', 2", 2'", 2"") which is rotatably mounted between a latching and unlatching position and comprises a hollow shaft in the rotational axis thereof, wherein the tripping unit (1) comprises a coupling lever (3) rotatably mounted between an idle and a tripping position, wherein a tripping finger (4) that is coupled to the coupling lever (3) is inserted into the hollow shaft. The tripping finger (4) is a shaft (4), the rotational axis (5) of which is congruent with the rotational axis of the tripping lever (2), and the outside diameter of which is adapted to the inside diameter of the hollow shaft such that the shaft (4) is held rotatably in the hollow shaft. The tripping lever (2) comprises a guide pin (7) that extends into the free inner space (6) of the hollow shaft and has a first and a second guide edge (8, 9) extending in the radial direction. The shaft (4) comprises a segment-like recess (10) which extends in the axial direction and is delimited by first and second shaft contact edges (11, 12) extending in the radial direction. The opening angle a of the recess (10) formed between the projection lines of the shaft contact edges (11, 12) on the axis (5) is greater than the angle ß that is formed in the region of the guide pin (7) between the projection lines of the guide edges (8, 9) on the axis (5). The invention further relates to a tripping pin, to a tripping lever, and to the combination of a tripping unit and a circuit breaker.
