Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2420604A2] System for forming nonwoven fiber, comprises a machine (2) comprising at least one disintegrating roller for nonwoven fabric formation, and a delivery system (1) for the formed nonwoven fabric. The axis (3) of the disintegrating roller is arranged at an angle (alpha ) between +- 8 to +- 80 to the delivery direction (FFL) of the formed nonwoven fabric. Independent claims are also included for: (1) producing at least two nonwoven fabric layers, which comprises nonwoven fabric of staple fibers, comprising orderly placing the nonwoven fabric layer, and forming the nonwoven fabric layer with a main fiber orientation at an angle to a nonwoven fabric transport direction, and orderly placing another nonwoven fabric layer and forming the nonwoven fabric layer with a main fiber orientation in an approximately opposite angle; and (2) the nonwoven fabric produced by the above method, comprising 2-4 layers made of staple fibers, in which the main fiber orientation of at least two of the layers are intersected in an angle of 60-20[deg] .
