[origin: WO2010121709A1] The invention relates to a shoe, particularly a sports shoe, having a sole (1), wherein the sole (1) has at least one spring element (2) increasing the flexural rigidity of the sole (1) about an axis (Q) aligned horizontally and perpendicular to a longitudinal axis (L) of the sole (1). In order to create a shoe, the sole thereof comprising sufficient flexural rigidity or spring property without separate measures, that is, without having to use a spring element, the invention proposes that the sole (1) comprises at least one receiving groove (3) for the at least one spring element (2), in which the spring element (2) is disposed so that said at least part of the extension of said element in the longitudinal axis (L) can slide relative to the sole (1).
