Abstract (en)
The device has a simple blunt metal rod (4) connecting a Christmas tree trunk (3) to a wooden log base (2), where diameter of the rod depends on resistance to flexion based on weight and height of the Christmas tree to be supported. The metal rod is sufficiently shaped for allowing adjustment of verticality of Christmas tree by deforming the rod. The rod is introduced into a hole in the base and into a hole in the trunk, so as to prevent the Christmas tree from being pivoted. An independent claim is also included for a method for installing a Christmas tree maintaining device.
