The device (1) has T or trapezoidal grooves (7) running parallel to a machine table (3) of a machine tool. Slot nuts are longitudinally guided into the T or trapezoidal grooves. A set of bore holes (29) is arranged at distance in a base plate (9), and defined for passing a clamping screw that is engaged with the slot nuts in the grooves. A clamping table (15) is fastened to the base plate, and the bore holes are formed at distance in the clamping table and provided to clamp and hold clamping bolts through a clamping element i.e. slider.

Die Spannvorrichtung (1) zum Spannen von Werkstücken (5) für das Bearbeiten auf einem Maschinentisch (3) einer Werkzeugmaschine umfasst mindestens eine Grundplatte (9), auf der Spanntische (15) modulartig angeordnet sind. Im Spanntisch sind Bohrungen (29) für Spannbolzen ausgebildet. Zum Spannen eines Werkstücks auf dem Spanntisch (15) greifen Schieber in Einstiche an den Spannbolzen ein und ziehen das Werkstück (5) auf den Spanntisch (15). Das Spannen und das Entspannen, d.h. wieder Lösen erfolgt durch flüssige und/oder gasförmige Medien.
