Abstract (en)

The tool kit (1) comprises two rotating embossing tools in form of a male unit (2) and a die (3) for introducing embossments. The male unit comprises a roller body (4) and a seamless, closed mold sleeve (5) with raised embossing points on lateral outer surface. The raised embossing points are operated with corresponding recesses in the die.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Werkzeug (1) für eine Rotationsprägevorrichtung zum Prägen von flachem, bogenförmigem Material. Die Vorrichtung hat zwei rotierende Prägewerkzeuge in Form einer Patrize (2) und einer Matrize (3) zum Einbringen der Prägungen. Zumindest die Patrize besteht aus einem Walzenkörper (4), auf dem eine nahtlose, ringförmige Werkzeughülse (5) angebracht ist. Die Werkzeughülse der Patrize weist an ihrer Mantelaußenfläche erhabene Prägepunkte (24) auf. Diese wirken mit entsprechenden Ausnehmungen (25) in der Mantelaußenfläche der Matrize zusammen.
