The method comprises heating a first circuit board in a warming device at a predetermined temperature, loading the first circuit board into a heat exchanger device (10) in which the first circuit board partially emits a thermal energy to a heat accumulator (15, 18), loading a second circuit board to be heated in the heat exchanger device, preheating the thermal energy stored into the heat accumulator, and heating the second circuit board in the warming device at the predetermined temperature. The circuit boards are placed on its plate surfaces with respective to the heat accumulator. The method comprises heating a first circuit board in a warming device at a predetermined temperature, loading the first circuit board into a heat exchanger device (10) in which the first circuit board partially emits a thermal energy to a heat accumulator (15, 18), loading a second circuit board to be heated in the heat exchanger device, preheating the thermal energy stored into the heat accumulator, and heating the second circuit board in the warming device at the predetermined temperature. The circuit boards are placed on its plate surfaces with respective to the heat accumulator into direct investment and clamped between the heat accumulator. The heat exchanger device is charged alternately with a warm, cooled circuit board and the heated circuit board. An independent claim is included for a heat exchange device for metal circuit plates.

In einem Verfahren zum Temperieren von metallenen Platinen wird eine 1. Platine in einer Erwärmvorrichtung auf eine vorbestimmte Temperatur erwärmt und anschließend in eine Wärmetauschervorrichtung eingelegt, in der die 1. Platine ihre Wärmeenergie teilweise an einen Wärmespeicher abgibt. Anschließend wird eine zu erwärmende 2. Platine in die Wärmetauschervorrichtung eingelegt, durch die im Wärmespeicher gespeicherte Wärmeenergie vorgewärmt und anschließend in der Erwärmvorrichtung auf die vorbestimmte Temperatur erwärmt. Eine entsprechende Wärmetauschervorrichtung für metallene Platinen weist einen 1. Wärmespeicher und einen 2. Wärmespeicher auf, die relativ zueinander verstellbar sind und zwischen denen die Platine eingespannt werden kann.
