Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2423407A1] The apparatus (1) has a membrane (13) through which roof water is passed radially inwards due to hydraulic pressure of the effluent. A waterproof diaphragm (13') arranged in the grooves is pressed by accumulating water. The membrane is formed in tubular shape while equipping with a top-hung cloth. A lid (17) with a valve (23) is fitted across the membrane, such that overpressure in the tube is released to the exterior side.
