Abstract (en)
The element has an outer conductor sleeve whose interior comprises helical form elements provided in a longitudinal zone in a circumferential direction parallel to axial longitudinal direction. The outer conductor sleeve is placed on a coaxial cable end (1'), or the form elements are placed below a cable sheath in an outer conductor (9) or below an outer conductor braid (9') in an outer conductor tape. An initial area of the form elements is provided with a flattening or ramp, where highest elevation of the form elements is rounded.

Ein Außenleiter-Kontaktelement für koaxiale Kabelenden zeichnet sich durch die folgenden Merkmale aus - die Höhe der Formelemente (15; 15a, 15b), mit der sie sich über die Hülseninnenfläche (3c) erheben, liegt zwischen 0,2 mm und 1,0 mm, - der Anfangsbereich (16a) des zumindest einen Formelements (15; 15a, 15b) ist mit einer Abflachung oder Rampe (16') versehen, - die höchsten Erhebungen (16) des zumindest einen Formelements (15; 15a, 15b) sind verrundet, und - die Außenleiterhülse (3) ist so auf ein Koaxialkabelende (1') aufsetzbar oder aufgesetzt, dass sich das zumindest eine Formelement (15; 15a, 15b) über die Außenleiterfolie (9") hinaus in das darunter befindliche Dielektrikum (7) einkerbt und/oder eindrückt.
