Said method includes: determining the distance travelled between two consecutive recharges of the vehicle (1) by the mains; determining the electric energy available at a time "t" in an electric energy storage device (2); and determining a parameter "mu" according to the distance travelled between two consecutive recharges of the vehicle (1) by the mains and the electric energy available in the storage device (2).
