Abstract (en)
[origin: WO2010112686A1] The invention provides a device for the metered dispensing of at least one liquid or viscous product measured by the volume of the quantity of product dispensed and the method for implementing this device. A motor-driven filling nozzle (1) which is able to move vertically connected to an inlet duct (21) is composed of three concentric tubes (10), (20), (30), a filling nozzle head (11) and a probe (40). The leaktightness between the nozzle (1) and the container (5) is monitored by injection of a pressurized gas through the tube (10). The maximum permissible level of the product in the container is monitored by measuring the electrical resistance between the tube (10), the nozzle head (11), the tube (20) and the probe (40). The presence of foam is detected by measuring the electrical resistance between the tube (20), the tube (10), the nozzle head (11) and the tube (30). This device is intended particularly for dispensing on demand bulk products for domestic or personal use.
