Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2426065A1] The tubular bag packaging (1) comprises a film with long edges. The film has a signet section (8) running along the former long edge, and a plate section (37) with another signet section (9) running along the latter long edge. The film is closed in a hose shape at the signet sections by forming a sealed rear seam (10). The rear seam has a front edge (19) adjacent to the cross seam (13,14). An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a tubular bag packaging.
