[origin: EP2426074A2] The device (10) has a retainer (40) on which a roller (30) with a film-like medium (20) is insertable and/or stretchable. Another roller is insertable and/or stretchable on another retainer (50). The film-like medium is partly rollable on the former roller and partly unrollable on the latter roller. A cutting unit (60) cuts the film-like medium in a region between the retainers. The film-like medium is clampable, stretchable and/or conductible in the region between the retainers by a stretching unit (200). An independent claim is also included for a device arrangement comprising an input device and a device for cutting a film-like medium.
