[origin: WO2007000647A1] The present invention relates to a household appliance, in particular a laundry washing machine or washing/drying machine (1) or clothes dryer, adapted to carry out at least one treatment on one or more textile items or soft goods, comprising a drum (9), being substantially the shape of a hollow cylinder, adapted to contain the soft goods during the treatment and to be rotated about its axis through a motor device. The household appliance also comprises at least one clamping device (10;20) adapted to clamp at least one soft goods (30) to the drum (9) during the treatment.
