Abstract (en)
Plastic window frame with rails in the form of multi-chambered plastic profiles, connected by welding at oblique ends, which in at least side rails (1), has reinforcing and stiffening inserts (61, 62), preferably made of a low thermal conductivity material, bound with the profile chamber walls using adhesive. In addition to the known steps, the frame manufacturing method involves inserting reinforcing and stiffening inserts (61, 62) into the rail, together with injecting adhesive through the supply holes (14).
