Abstract (en)
The valve (1) has a nozzle opening (24) arranged at an end (23) of a nozzle body (5). A nozzle needle (10) is directly guided into the body. An actuator (30) i.e. solenoid actuator, actuates the nozzle needle. A pressure balance pin (17) is guided into an axial borehole (15) of the needle. The needle is in cooperation with the body to form a seal seat (21). The seal seat is opened by actuating the needle using the actuator. Injection via the nozzle opening is made when the seal seat is opened. An inner needle (16) is guided into the axial borehole of the needle.

Ein Brennstoffeinspritzventil (1), das insbesondere als Injektor für Brennstoffeinspritzanlagen von luftverdichtenden, selbstzündenden Brennkraftmaschinen dient, umfasst einen Düsenkörper (5), der an einem Ende (23) zumindest eine Düsenöffnung (24) aufweist. Ferner ist eine Düsennadel (10) vorgesehen, die in dem Düsenkörper (5) geführt ist. Außerdem ist ein Magnetaktor (30) vorgesehen, der zum Betätigen der Düsennadel (10) dient. Ferner ist ein Druckausgleichsstift (17) vorgesehen, der in einer axialen Bohrung (15) der Düsennadel (10) geführt ist, wobei die Düsennadel (10) mit dem Düsenkörper (5) zu einem ersten Dichtsitz (21) zusammen wirkt, wobei durch eine Betätigung der Düsennadel (10) mittels des Aktors (30) ein Öffnen des ersten Dichtsitzes (21) ermöglicht ist und wobei bei geöffnetem ersten Dichtsitz (21) eine Einspritzung durch die Düsenöffnung (24) ermöglicht ist.
