Abstract (en)

The pump assembly has a housing in which an electric motor (4) is arranged. The electric motor drives a drive shaft which is supported by a bearing (28) in the housing, about a rotational axis. An acceleration sensor (36) is fixedly connected to the housing. An electronic unit (40) is connected to the acceleration sensor for data transmission. The acceleration sensor and electronic unit are arranged within the housing which is sealed towards outside. The curable synthetic resin is provided between the housing and acceleration sensor. An independent claim is included for method for evaluation of vibration data of pump assembly.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Pumpenanordnung zur Förderung eines Fluids, umfassend ein Gehäuse 3, eine Antriebswelle 5, die mittels eines Lagers 28 in dem Gehäuse 3 um eine Drehachse A drehbar gelagert ist, einen Beschleunigungssensor 36, der mit dem Gehäuse 3 fest verbunden ist, und eine Elektronikeinheit 40, die mit dem Beschleunigungssensor 36 zur Datenübertragung verbunden ist, wobei der Beschleunigungssensor 36 und die Elektronikeinheit 40 innerhalb des Gehäuses 3 angeordnet sind.
