Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2428324A2] The tool i.e. hammer drill (1), has a drive (4) arranged within a machine housing (8). A first mating surface of a first carrier facing the machine housing is engaged with a second mating surface of a second carrier facing a handle (17). The first mating surface engages the second mating surface by a force applied by a spring acting parallel to a working axis (5) in a basic position. The first mating surface does not engage the second mating surface in a working position such that an air gap separates the mating surfaces. The spring element contains a damping cushion made of an elastic plastic.
