Abstract (en)

The device has an upper part (20) movably arranged above a base (1), and an adjusting mechanism for adjusting a position of the upper part relative to an adhesive agent transferring tool i.e. gluing roller (100), provided at the base. A driving mechanism i.e. servomotor (40), adjusts a stop to define a set of working positions of the upper part relative to the tool. Another driving mechanism i.e. pressure cylinder (42), adjusts the upper part relative to the tool from a base position to one of the working positions defined by the stop. An independent claim is also included for a method for operating an upper part of an adhesive agent supplying device.

Abstract (de)

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Haftmittelzuführeinrichtung, wie sie im Bereich der holzverarbeitenden Industrie eingesetzt wird. An einer Basis der erfindungsgemäßen Haftmittelzuführeinrichtung ist ein Oberteil beweglich angeordnet. Weiter ist an der Basis eine Leimwalze drehbar angebracht, um einen Leim auf ein Werkstück übertragen zu können. Das Oberteil der Haftmittelzuführeinrichtung wird mit Hilfe eines Verstellmechanismus angetrieben, der einen ersten Antriebsmechanismus und einen zweiten Antriebsmechanismus aufweist. Der erste Antriebsmechanismus dient hierbei dazu, einen Anschlag einzustellen, während der zweite Antrieb die Verstellbewegung des Oberteils durchführt.
