[origin: WO2010130911A1] The invention relates to a method for casting the cylinder head of a heat engine cooled by a coolant, wherein cores are placed in a mold, in particular a water core (61) including recesses (68) for receiving pipe cores (12). According to the invention, the water core (61) consists of two cores, i.e. a lower core (60) and an upper core (62), said pipe cores (12) being assembled in said recesses (68) of the lower core, and the upper core (62) then being assembled on the lower core (60) and on the pipe cores (12).
