[origin: WO2010130576A1] The invention relates to a motor vehicle cooling device (1) for a combustion engine (3) arranged inside an engine compartment (2), comprising a heat exchanger, in particular designed as a water cooler (10), and a blower that interacts with the heat exchanger (10) in a fluid-mechanical manner, wherein the blower has a cross-flow fan (20) the fan wheel (25) whereof extends, at least in sections, in a longitudinal direction (L) along the heat exchanger (10). The invention further relates to a cooling system, in particular a water cooling system, for a combustion engine (3) of a motor vehicle, wherein the cooling system comprises a motor vehicle cooling device (1) according to the invention.
