Abstract (en)
The control system (2) has a controller that moves a movable upper tool (4) against a fixed lower tool (7), and taps the position of the movable tool exerting force on the fixed tool on workpiece. A computer with a memory unit, processes the position and force signals using metrological formulae and generates control variables for the movement of the movable tool. The movable tool is controlled by the computer-controlled drive so as to compensate bending of the workpiece by bending operation via a hydraulic system.

Ein Steuersystem (2) für eine Gesenkbiegepresse, umfassend eine Steuerung (11) von Mitteln zum Bewegen eines beweglichen Oberwerkzeuges (4) gegen ein unteres ortsfestes Unterwerkzeug (7), eine Steuerung (10) von Mitteln zum Abgriff der Position des Oberwerkzeuges (4) und der vom Oberwerkzeug (4) gegen ein auf dem Unterwerkzeug (7) aufliegendes Werkstück ausgeübten Kraft, und einen Rechner mit Speichereinheit, welcher Positions- und Kraftsignale mit Hilfe von messtechnisch auswertbaren Formeln verarbeitet und entsprechende Steuergrössen für die Bewegung des Oberwerkzeuges (4) generiert. Das Oberwerkzeug (4) ist - insbesondere zur Kompensation des Nachfederns des durch den Biegevorgang gebogenen Werkstückes - über ein Hydrauliksystem durch einen von dem Rechner geregelten Antrieb angesteuert.
