Abstract (en)
The stopper (1) has a sealing unit (3) with an axis (23) that is merged with an axis (5) of a neck (4) of a container. The sealing unit is mounted on a cover (2) in a pivoting manner around a pivoting axis (22), orthogonal to the axis of the sealing unit and between a separated position and a folded position. The sealing unit comprises a radial spigot that is engaged in a notch arranged on the cover for forming the pivoting axis of the sealing unit with respect to the cover. The sealing unit comprises an insert that is made of deformable elastic material.

Le bouchon (1) comprend une coiffe (2) comportant une paroi supérieure (11) et une jupe (13) qui est pourvue d'un bourrelet intérieur (18) et qui laisse une ouverture latérale (17) vers l'intérieur de la coiffe. Un organe d'étanchéité (3) est monté pivotant sur la coiffe (2), à l'intérieur de celle-ci, autour d'un axe (22) orthogonal à l'axe (5) du goulot. La coiffe peut occuper une position écartée permettant la mise en place du bouchon sur le goulot. La coiffe peut également pivoter jusqu'à une position rabattue où le bourrelet (18) est encliqueté sous la collerette (9) du goulot et où l'organe d'étanchéité (3) coopère avec étanchéité avec le bord supérieur (8) du goulot, afin de permettre le maintien du bouchon (1) sur le goulot (4) et la fermeture sensiblement étanche du récipient.
